micro sounds, is an 8 channel sound installation that explores the city as a sound entity. The sounds, recorded originally with contact microphones, were edited to subtract and enhance different frequencies, presenting a different experience of the city, and its quotidian objects. The movement of the sound through time and space, is determined in real time by a program using MAX/MSP and chance operations.
